I've been fixing computers and solving tech problems for over 10 years — first in formal IT roles, and now independently through Smart Configurations. I started this business because I kept hearing the same thing from friends, family, and neighbors: "I wish someone could just explain this to me in plain English."
That's what I do. I show up, figure out what's going on, fix it, and make sure you actually understand what happened — no jargon, no talking down to you, no upselling stuff you don't need.
I work with homes and small businesses across San Francisco. Whether it's a laptop that won't start, a WiFi network that's been problematic for months, or setting up a whole new office — I've probably seen it before, and I'll handle it efficiently and respectfully.
When I'm not doing tech work, I'm a DJ (yes, that's where "DJ" comes from — my wife June and I travel and housesit around the city). I'm also a proud cat dad. 🐱
